Q. How do I view and purchase WORNOUT Night Shift items?

A. You must be 18+ to enter, view and purchase the items on Night Shift. Please complete the age verification form to enter the Night Shift collection and purchase your goods.

Q. Some items have censor warnings in the product image, will my product come censored? 

A. All items with censor warnings in the image WILL COME UNCENSORED. There is a disclaimer in the item description with details of what is being censored.

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: WORNOUT is one person. All orders will be processed and shipped once a week unless there are extenuating circumstances in which case you will be notified. All orders will be shipped via preferred shipping carrier with tracking provided. If your order has been marked delivered and is unfortunately lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. Once an order has been shipped it is unfortunately out of our hands.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

Q: Can I update my shipping address?

A: If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly please use the Contact Us section to provide us with the correct shipping address as soon as possible. Please include your order number when contacting. If your package has already shipped please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to see if they can change it for you. We can only resend your package if it has been returned to us but a second shipping fee will be needed. If your package is sent back to us because it couldn't be delivered we will contact you with further info.

 

Q: Can I change my order or request a refund?

A: Due to the limited nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable. This applies to all products. Please check the product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct. If you receive a defective product upon delivery please contact us using the Contact Us section and we will try to send a replacement product if available. We may ask you to send the item back to us in which case we will reimburse you for shipping. 

 

Q: How do I wash your products?

A: We suggest you wash in cold water and hang dry our apparel. Care instructions will be on the garment itself. Please DO NOT wash our apparel in hot water as it may damage the garment or inks used in the printing process and may hinder the garment's longevity.
